Frequent break ins and theft personally experienced here. Nice enough for a quick overnight, but watch your belongings.

Good parks and great price. Only didn't like paying Washington taxes for it.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had. We stayed here for a little over a month while our new place was being prepared for us, and if you never have to deal with some of the maintenance personnel or the manager then you might think of going here. Unless you're there for the easy trip to the casino, this place is definitely not worth it.

Great place to camp with kids.

Too many rules, too many signs posting rules, too many dumpy rvs (long term), they made some recent improvements, giving it 2 stars

Once the manager has your money, then she becomes a completely different person. I was doing 10 mph, the park speed limit is a ridiculous 5 mph, and her maintenance personnel cut me off and forced me to stop like they were some form of law enforcement. I thought this was a ridiculous way of treating paying customers, but the manager encouraged them in the office and even yelled at me to apologize for going double the speed limit. I wasn't doing 70 in a 35, but rather 5 mph over the desired limit. School zones where children actually are only enforce a 20 mph limit. I've camped all over the country and I've never seen a limit imposed of less than 10 mph. After I refused to apologize, because I'd been treated so poorly, she threatened to end our membership. That means keeping the $500+ we just paid for the membership for simply exceeding the speed limit by 5 mph.

This is where we became thousand trails members. Haven't regretted it

We had prepaid $1000+ for the time we were going to stay there and get a membership, and because the manager had our money, decided to treat my party very poorly.

Do not spend your money or time here. I will never be going back to this place, neither will my loved ones, and I hope you don't either. They really need to change management and work on customer service.
